Exactly two weeks left until I board that plane to Korea!

In the morning, I went down to the Korean Consulate to pick up my visa. They were really fast in processing it. I went to apply Monday morning and they called me yesterday afternoon(Tuesday) to let me know it was ready!

A couple of minutes ago, I placed my bids for the classes I want to take at Yonsei. Yes! I placed a bid! They changed the enrollment procedures, so now they give you 72 bid points and you have to distribute those among the classes you want to take. The higher the bid the higher the chance that you'll get accepted into that class. However, the second course enrollment is like the old system, first-come first-served basis.

Since KLI is guaranteed to exchange students, I can sign up for that on the next course enrollment. I only need two business courses  to graduate, but I divided my bid points equally among three classes. I hope I get into all of them, so I can check them out on the first day of classes and then drop the one I like the least.

I'll update whenever the results come out. Fingers crossed I make it into all three!

UPDATE(D-7): I got into all three classes and signed up for KLI today during the second registration right when it opened! No stress like last time! However, A LOT of people were having trouble with the course registration system. I really recommend having fast internet(mine was 20 mbps), a fast computer, and using Internet Explorer to avoid this problem.

Another tip if you plan to study at Yonsei in the future: make sure you check if they offer the right classes for you. Many people complain that there are not many classes that they can take that will count towards their majors, so avoid all the headache ahead of time by looking at their course catalogue, which can be found here.
